I recently placed my second order with duplication.com and some of the items arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me replacements for the items damaged and they arrived today in perfect condition. I'm getting ready right now to place my third order with them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a small record label or if you're releasing music independently on any physical media.

I use Duplication for all my record labels needs in regards to printing CDs and cassette tapes. They have the best quality and customer service I have come across in this industry.
