The HP C8842A Versatile Black Print Cartridge achieves high-speed printing, yet maintains superior print quality and dry time requirements on porous and coated media.

This innovation in HP inkjet technology has been specially designed and manufactured for use in industrial printing markets and contains a pigment-based ink that produces exceptional results.

Versatile Black, which is similar to other HP thermal inkjet inks, is environmentally friendly. It is water-based, not solvent-based, so there are no harmful fumes to create extra challenges, and there is no need to buy special chemical cleaners or hire service technicians who are qualified to handle volatile solvents.
