This listing is for empty cassette shells, also known as C-ZEROS or C-0s.

All cassettes unless indicated otherwise are tabs out for recording on professional recording machines. To record on home cassette decks you can put scotch tape over the record tabs, or disable the sensor inside the cassette deck. A piece of duct tape in the upper left corner of the cassette well does the trick! We also have tab plugs which can be purchased separately.

* Cassettes with the * icon indicate that they may have two small holes laser engraved into them. This is due to a 'squeaking' issue we had in the batch, which we are able to fix by piercing a hole through the back of the cassette and melting the plastic over the metal pins. Here is a picture of how they may appear.

What is your return policy?

As blank cassettes require custom manufacturing, the cassettes are final sale, with exception of defective cassettes or if the wrong product was shipped. Due to the nature of manufacturing and shipment, some cassettes and cases could be subject to surface level scratches and scuffs. This is common-place within the industry, and products with scratches, minor molding flaws, or cosmetic defects which do not affect audio performance are not subject to refunds or returns with exception of extreme circumstances.
