Silkscreen Printed T-Shirts

Our sizes range from Small to XXXL. You let us know the size distribution of your order in the text box above the 'add to cart' button. The size distribution must match the quantity. For example, if you are ordering 100 shirts, your size distribution may be:

- 15 small
- 35 medium
- 35 large
- 15 extra-large

You must create your artwork template file from scratch. Here are the parameters:

- Size the dimensions of your file to be the exact measurements of the print. This is to say that if you'd like the print to be 10" by 5", those will be the dimensions of your artwork file. Resolution should be at least 300dpi. Max dimensions are 13" wide by 15" tall.

- Please provide .PSD files for bitmap images, or .AI for vector images.

- COLORS MUST BE SEPARATED IN LAYERS. This is to say if you're ordering a 2-color garment, you must have the two different colors as separate layers.

- Once you exported a high resolution file, please also add it to our Garment Placement file. The garment placement file is for us to know where to place the design on the garment. This is not the file we will be printing from, so the resolution isn't of importance.

- A digital mockup will be sent for your approval before printing.

Design your artwork files using the template found at the top of this page. If no template is available and it's also not found in our general templates page, please respond to your confirmation order to request a template. We highly recommend using our templates as templates found from other sources may not fit our printing specs.

Some products allow you to design your artwork in the browser. If you see a "Design Online" button next to "Add to Cart", you can design on this page and it will automatically upload your files upon checkout.

For those supplying their own artwork, you will find an upload link on the order confirmation page after payment. You will also find a link in your confirmation email.

Important Design Tips

- We require PRINT-READY files (ie no transparency effects, export as PDF/X-1A for printing). Design assistance is available as an additional service.
- Artwork for print must be a resolution of at least 300 pixels per inch and in CMYK.
- All paper print items require a bleed of 1/8" (approx 3mm) unless noted.
- Always leave a safety margin of 1/8" from the edge of the paper to important text or visuals - otherwise there is a risk of it getting cut off.
- Make sure your resolution is set to 300 pixels per inch
- Place your artwork in a separate layer
