File Specifications

Cue Sheet

All orders must include a cue sheet, which can be downloaded here. The cue sheet has to include accurate timestamps of your audio tracks. This is to ensure that the grooves are properly placed at the beginning of each song, so the listener can know where a track begins.

Artwork

All artwork needs to be provided using our templates. PDF files are preferred, with proper bleed and a resolution of at least 300dpi. For those who are novices at design, we suggest hiring a graphic designer to provide print-ready files. You can also request graphic design services in the 'Notes' section on the next page of the form!

Audio files

Please include one audio file per side, i.e. SideA.wav and SideB.wav. Audio files must be lossless (WAV, FLAC, AIFF, etc.), though we can compile and convert from MP3s for an additional fee.

We recommend a length of 3 to 4.5 minutes per side at 45 RPM, or 5 to 7 minutes per side at 33 RPM.

Please note that there may be additional fees if the above criteria is not met, including possible file resubmission fees.
