| The silkscreen process uses a mesh screen that could be made out of nylon. 
      The mesh of this screen is typically 240 to 400 lines per inch. 
         The screen is coated with a light sensitive emulsion.The positive film is put on top of the screen under a large glass 
          and a vacuum sucks out all the air.The film and screen are exposed to UV light, hardening the emulsion.The screen is washed out with a solvent, leaving a negative image 
          in the screen the screen is put on the printing machine and flooded with inka squeegee pushes the ink through the screen image onto the CD surface |
