Setting up a credit account

Corporate customers who wish to order regularly can fill out a credit application. We allow 7 to 30 days credit terms. Please do not apply for credit if your first order is a rush! All rush orders must be prepaid.

Bank Transfers

We can now accept payments by Wise, ACH, and Zelle. Contact us for info.

Transfers take 24 to 48 hours to complete.

Your bank will charge you a fee to make a transfer. Our bank charges us a fee of $20.00 to accept the transfer, and we have costs to verify the transfer is complete. We will absorb our costs on transfers of at least $1000. On smaller amounts add $20 to your transfer.

Attention US and international customers

Your courier will ask you to fill out a customs declaration. Declare a value for customs of $1 on CD-R masters, films, disks, etc. We have to pay tax and customs fees on any international shipments we receive if the amount is over $20 Canadian. Value for customs has nothing to do with 'value for insurance'. If you want to insure your package for $100, it probably already is - ask your courier. US Post Express Overnight is really 3 to 5 days - don't use them unless you have no other choice.

NB: We may charge you $10 to $20 US to cover future expenses if we receive a package with a value for customs over $16 US.
