Printed Slipcase for 6 Audio Cassettes (Double Wall, Single Sided Print)
Description
This Duplication.com exclusive slipcase holds six cassette cases. Reply to the order confirmation email with a link to your artwork. Printed on 15 point board with double wall enforcement for extra durability. The print appears on the outside panels of the slipcase with around 90% inside coverage. Orders of 300 or more will be printed on an offset press with gloss AQ. 'Extra Gluing' option glues the box shut so it cannot be disassembled. This option requires a custom shipping quote. Note: these are designed to hold our regular stock of Norelco cases. They may be too tight or too loose with other models.

Design your artwork files using the template found at the top of this page. If no template is available and it's also not found in our general templates page, please respond to your confirmation order to request a template. We highly recommend using our templates as templates found from other sources may not fit our printing specs.
Some products allow you to design your artwork in the browser. If you see a "Design Online" button next to "Add to Cart", you can design on this page and it will automatically upload your files upon checkout.
For those supplying their own artwork, you will find an upload link on the order confirmation page after payment. You will also find a link in your confirmation email.
Important Design Tips
- We require PRINT-READY files (ie no transparency effects, export as PDF/X-1A for printing). Design assistance is available as an additional service.
- Artwork for print must be a resolution of at least 300 pixels per inch and in CMYK.
- All paper print items require a bleed of 1/8" (approx 3mm) unless noted.
- Always leave a safety margin of 1/8" from the edge of the paper to important text or visuals - otherwise there is a risk of it getting cut off.
- Make sure your resolution is set to 300 pixels per inch
- Place your artwork in a separate layer
Note for Photoshop users: When you import a PDF please select Crop to: Bleed Box
Left Loading
This design is the one most often seen with multi-book slipcases. When looking at the slipcase over, the cassettes are removed from the left side. This way the front of the J-Card is seen immediately.
Right Loading
With ‘right loading’ slipcases, everything is basically the opposite. When looking at the front slipcase cover the cassettes will be removed from the right-hand spine area. When you remove the closest cassette you will see the back of the top cassette. This design works best when paired with striking pad print or laser engraving designs on the tapes!
Some template downloads will have different files for left loading and right loading, so you can design with your desired file. If only one file is available, flip it 180 degrees before designing so have the opposite orientation.
