4-up on a 8.5 x 11 inch sheet, gloss stock for laser printers. Set your printer to the label or heavy paper setting.

2-up on a 5.5 x 8.5 inch sheet. Since these are half the size of a letter-size page, you will have to adjust your page size and the guides on your printer. TIP! Before printing with expensive label stock, you can cut some standard office paper in half to test the alignment.
