Description

12-inch PICTURE DISC vinyl record pressing

Production time of just 7-11 weeks!

Turntime is subject to change, does not include transport time. Test pressings add another 1-2 weeks. Please contact us for rush orders, expedited transport.

Orders less than 500pcs or larger than 3000pcs can be accommodated through a custom quote.

This package includes the following:

  • Vinyl record pressing using 140g or 180g vinyl (lacquers + 2-step plating) -- up to 21:59 per side
  • Picture disc vinyl! Supply your artwork to be printed on the vinyl record. Picture discs have full-sized labels applied to the entire record, with a plastic sheet laid on top and the grooves then pressed into the sheet.
  • Custom-printed record jacket with spine
  • Your choice of innersleeve
  • Optional printed double-sided inserts or folders
  • Custom-printed color labels (both sides)
  • Assembly with shrinkwrap or polybags

Please read the following information and FAQ section before placing an order:

  • Production time will only begin once all audio, artwork, and cue sheet forms are uploaded. You will be given an upload link after checkout.
  • We can't accept templates from other companies, please use our templates when ordering.
  • Picture discs known to be of lesser audio quality than standard vinyl records. For the best audio quality, we recommend lacquer black vinyl.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate timestamps in their cuesheet, which will determine the gaps of silence between tracks. Alternatively, clients can use our Vinyl Tracklisting add-on for cuesheet creation, adding gaps between tracks, and compiling tracks to side-length audio files. You will be sent an audio proof for your approval.
  • Final quantity may vary up to 10%. It is standard practice for the customer to be billed for any extra copies that are shipped. In the event of a shortage we will refund the difference. We recommend keeping this in mind when placing your order quantity.
  • Regarding shipping methods: UPS Standard increases the risk of damage, dings, and bent corners, of which we are not responsible. You may use UPS Standard at your own risk, though for peace of mind we highly recommend using UPS Expedited coupled with insurance and signature on delivery.
  • Prices valid for 90 days.

ADD TEST PRESSES TO YOUR ORDER

Up to 10 vinyl test presses will be sent for your approval. Turnaround time is an estimated 4-6 weeks. Turntimes are not guarantees. Economy shipping is included in the price, please email us if you wish to upgrade to a different shipping service.

Vinyl pressing turntimes are not guarantees and are subject to change without notice due to production volume and unforeseen events. Please keep this in mind before booking album launches or setting distribution dates. As the dates we publish are estimations, we recommend that you have the album in-hand before publicly announcing a release date. Please keep in mind that vinyl pressing packages are custom made, and go through many departments before shipment. Refunds will not be granted due to delays in production.

Once all files are submitted and production begins, almost all aspects of the vinyl pressing orders are done simultaneously: lacquer setup, stampers, test presses, audio mastering, jacket printing, etc. These are custom-made orders that are costly to manufacture, therefore they are non-refundable.

If you wish to see hear a test press prior to committing to a full order, we recommend you order an acetate / reference cut.

If you are not satisfied with your test presses, a new one will be provided based on your instructions and issues. Before contacting your sales rep, we ask that you listen to the test pressings on a couple of other turntables as to ensure it's not an issue with the quality of the record player. We will request you fill out a form and provide a video for us to better understand the issues.

Vinyl colors and effects are subject to variance. The colors and effects are approximated in the pressing process, so you may see some slight changes in hues from record to record.
