You can see in the photo that some inkjet printers can print on these flats! All you need to add is some glue and your labour to make your own short-run CD sleeves.

Each sheet is micro-perforated for jewel case tray inserts and CD cover inserts. The tray card spines have about 10 perforations per inch for a clean proper fold.
