Pro-quality 5-inch printed cardboard jackets for CDs and DVDs. They're just like a 12" record jacket, but sized for CDs and DVDs. Full-bleed printing with diecutting and assembly is included. For small quantities of 50 to 250 pieces see the related digital-printed item.

These jackets (also known as 2 panel cardboard sleeves) are printed in full colour (CMYK) on 15 point white board. We also have an option for 100% recycled brown 18 point chipboard. Black ink works best on the brown chipboard.

You must supply print-ready CMYK files as a press-ready PDF or CMYK TIF file. If you need assistance preparing your final files choose the appropriate prepress and design option. Note that resubmitting your final file because of a typo or other reason after we generate a proof will result in a fee of $30 to cover the labour. The price is the total price including overrun.

The turntime (Day 0) starts after proof approval. Allow 1-2 days for pepress and proof approval. Rush orders will have the prepress and proofing stage accelerated. Rush orders will be shipped or available for pickup in Toronto.

If you request design allow 1 to 5 days of design time. The design price is only an estimate and may vary based upon your requests.
