QUAD DVD Case with Tray

This is a beautiful and compact solution to hold 4 discs. This case is made of 100% pure polypropylene and is the same size as a regular 15mm thick case. A swing tray is inserted to hold two additional discs. Case includes a full outer sleeve for inserting a cover.
